Network Engineer

Network Engineer is responsible for managing hospital network infrastructure, troubleshooting IT issues, supporting connectivity, maintaining data security, and ensuring smooth technology operations. The requires B.Tech, BCA, or relevant IT qualification with 0 to 1 year of experience. Candidates should have knowledge of network infrastructure management, troubleshooting, IT support, system security, and hospital IT workflow.

Role & Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain hospital network infrastructure, LAN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity.
• Troubleshoot network, internet, system, printer, and basic hardware issues.
• Support installation and configuration of routers, switches, systems, and network devices.
• Maintain user access, system connectivity, and IT support records.
• Coordinate with departments for technical complaints and issue resolution.
• Support hospital software, data access, and basic application troubleshooting.
• Maintain IT asset records, network documentation, and service logs.
