Attendant Staff

The Attendant Staff will support patient movement, ward assistance, housekeeping coordination, basic patient support, material movement, and daily hospital support services at Krishna Surgical Hospital, Ahmedabad. This requires graduate qualification with 1–2 years of hospital support staff experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist patients, attendants, nurses, doctors, and hospital staff as per department requirements.
• Support patient shifting, wheelchair movement, stretcher movement, and basic mobility assistance.
• Help in room readiness, patient bed arrangement, linen movement, and basic ward support.
• Coordinate with nursing, housekeeping, pharmacy, laboratory, billing, and support departments.
• Assist in carrying reports, files, samples, medicines, and hospital materials when required.
• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and patient-friendly behavior in assigned areas.
• Support admission, discharge, transfer, and patient movement activities.
• Report patient needs, service delays, maintenance issues, or urgent concerns to seniors.
• Follow hospital safety, hygiene, infection control, and biomedical waste instructions.
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality during support activities.
• Help ensure smooth daily hospital operations through timely assistance.
• Provide polite, responsible, and supportive patient care assistance.
