Receiving Officer

The Receiving Officer will manage material receiving, store documentation, stock verification, inward records, dispatch coordination, and inventory support at Helios, Ahmedabad. This requires graduate or post graduate qualification with 3–5 years of experience in receiving, store, dispatch, and documentation activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, item details, batch number, invoice, PO, and delivery documents.
• Coordinate material inward, unloading, inspection, labeling, storage, and documentation activities.
• Maintain GRN records, inward registers, stock records, dispatch records, and store documentation.
• Coordinate with purchase, stores, warehouse, QA, QC, production, accounts, and vendors.
• Check material condition, damage, shortage, mismatch, expiry, and documentation gaps during receiving.
• Support sampling coordination with QC and material release process as per SOP.
• Manage dispatch documentation, material issue records, and inventory movement tracking.
• Follow GMP, GDP, safety, warehouse SOPs, and material handling requirements.
• Maintain proper segregation of approved, under-test, rejected, and returned materials.
• Prepare receiving reports, stock updates, pending material trackers, and documentation files.
• Report vendor discrepancies, damaged material, or document mismatch to seniors promptly.
• Ensure accurate, organized, and compliant receiving and store operations.
