SrOfficer

The Sr. Officer - Quality Control will support QC documentation, analysis review, testing coordination, quality records, laboratory compliance, and senior-level quality control activities at Helios, Ahmedabad. This requires graduate or post graduate qualification with 3–5 years of quality control experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Review QC records, analytical reports, inspection documents, logbooks, and test documentation.
• Support sampling, testing, documentation, and quality control activities as per SOP.
• Monitor laboratory compliance, GLP practices, data integrity, and documentation accuracy.
• Coordinate with QA, production, packaging, warehouse, and QC team members.
• Report OOS, OOT, abnormal trends, documentation gaps, or quality observations to seniors.
• Support instrument calibration records, maintenance logs, and laboratory readiness.
• Assist in investigation support, corrective action follow-up, and compliance tracking.
• Maintain proper sample storage, reference samples, rejected samples, and QC records.
• Support internal audits, external audits, and regulatory inspection readiness.
• Guide junior QC staff on documentation and approved testing practices.
• Maintain laboratory safety, cleanliness, and discipline.
• Ensure accurate, reliable, and compliant QC operations.
