Account Executive

The Account Executive will manage hospital accounting activities, financial documentation, bookkeeping, billing support, reconciliation, and reporting at Saraswati Hospital, Ahmedabad. This requires B.Com or M.Com qualification with knowledge of accounting, MS Excel, bookkeeping, financial documentation, and healthcare finance operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries, vouchers, receipts, payments, and financial records.
• Support hospital billing and accounting documentation activities.
• Perform bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and account reconciliation.
• Prepare financial reports using MS Excel and accounting systems.
• Verify invoices, payment records, receipts, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with billing, finance, administration, vendors, and hospital departments.
• Maintain purchase records, expense records, and payment tracking.
• Support bank reconciliation and financial data verification.
• Assist during audits by maintaining required financial documents.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and financial records.
• Track pending payments and documentation requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and patient billing information.
• Follow accounting procedures and hospital finance policies.
• Support timely financial reporting and documentation.
