Sr Executive - Marketing

Sr. Executive - Marketing is responsible for supporting hospital marketing activities, patient lead generation, referral development, field marketing, and business growth initiatives at Alpha Hospital, Ahmedabad. The requires any graduate qualification, with MBA Marketing preferred, and 1 to 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing, hospital promotion, field visits, business development, and communication-based lead generation.

Role & Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services, specialties, doctors, and facilities in the assigned market.
• Conduct field visits to doctors, clinics, corporates, and healthcare partners.
• Generate patient leads through referral networks and local healthcare contacts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, consultants, and referral sources.
• Support hospital branding, outreach campaigns, and health awareness activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments for patient conversion and service support.
• Maintain daily visit reports, lead records, referral data, and follow-up details.
• Identify new business opportunities in the local healthcare market.
• Support health camps, OPD promotions, corporate tie-ups, and community programs.
• Monitor competitor activities and share market insights with management.
• Communicate hospital value propositions clearly to patients and partners.
• Follow up with potential patients, corporates, and referral contacts.
• Coordinate with marketing seniors for campaign planning and execution.
• Maintain professional conduct while representing the hospital externally.
• Support consistent patient footfall growth through ethical healthcare marketing.
