Quality Manager

The Quality Manager will manage hospital quality systems, NABH compliance, documentation control, audits, process improvement, and patient safety initiatives at Saraswati Hospital, Ahmedabad. This requires relevant quality management qualification with experience in healthcare quality, NABH standards, compliance, documentation, and hospital quality improvement processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage hospital quality assurance activities and quality improvement programs.
• Ensure compliance with NABH standards, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, update, and maintain quality manuals, SOPs, policies, and documentation systems.
• Conduct internal audits, process audits, and compliance assessments across departments.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing teams, administration, and support departments for quality initiatives.
• Monitor patient safety indicators, incident reports, and corrective action plans.
• Prepare quality reports, audit findings, compliance trackers, and management review reports.
• Support accreditation activities, inspections, and external audit preparation.
• Identify process gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Train hospital staff on quality standards, documentation practices, and patient safety protocols.
• Monitor infection control compliance, documentation accuracy, and service quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement projects to enhance patient experience.
• Maintain quality records and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Ensure smooth implementation of healthcare quality management practices.
