Senior Formulation Development Manager

Senior Formulation Development Manager is responsible for leading formulation development, product development, pharma R&D documentation, GMP compliance, and development project execution. The requires B.Pharm or M.Pharm qualification with 12 to 15 years of experience in formulation and development. Candidates should have strong expertise in product development, formulation strategy, documentation, and R&D coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead formulation development projects for pharmaceutical products.
• Plan and execute product development activities as per project timelines.
• Review formulation trials, development data, and technical documents.
• Ensure R&D activities follow GMP and company quality standards.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, production, and regulatory departments.
• Guide formulation development officers and technical team members.
• Evaluate product feasibility, process parameters, and development challenges.
• Maintain product development records and formulation documentation.
• Support scale-up, technology transfer, and process optimization activities.
• Review trial batches, stability data, and product performance results.
