Medical Officer

The Medical Officer will assist in OPD, IPD, ward, ICU, and emergency care by assessing patients, reviewing reports, supporting treatment plans, and maintaining clinical documentation. The candidate should have strong medical knowledge, clinical discipline, and patient communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Attend OPD, IPD, emergency, ward, and assigned clinical patients.
• Take patient history and perform clinical examination.
• Assist consultants during rounds, procedures, admissions, and discharges.
• Monitor vitals, investigation reports, treatment response, and clinical progress.
• Maintain case sheets, prescriptions, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Coordinate with nursing, pharmacy, lab, radiology, ICU, OT, and billing.
• Respond to emergency calls and escalate critical cases.
• Review reports and inform seniors about abnormal findings.
• Counsel patients under consultant guidance.
• Follow clinical protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards.
