Officer Executive - Warehouse

The Officer / Executive – Warehouse will be responsible for managing pharmaceutical warehouse operations including receipt, storage, dispensing, issuance, inventory control, documentation, and dispatch activities. The requires knowledge of GMP, material handling, ERP systems, stock reconciliation, quarantine and approved material management, and coordination with production, QA, QC, purchase, and logistics teams to ensure compliant warehouse operations.

Role & Responsibilities

• Handle receipt, verification, storage, issuance, and dispatch of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.
• Ensure warehouse activities comply with GMP, GDP, SOPs, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain proper segregation of quarantine, approved, rejected, returned, and expired materials.
• Perform material labeling, status identification, sampling coordination, and stock movement documentation.
• Maintain inventory records, GRN entries, stock registers, bin cards, and ERP transactions accurately.
• Coordinate with QA and QC teams for sampling, release, rejection, and material status updates.
• Issue materials to production as per approved requisitions, dispensing records, and batch requirements.
• Monitor storage conditions such as temperature, humidity, cleanliness, and pest control compliance.
• Conduct periodic stock verification, reconciliation, and inventory variance reporting.
• Ensure proper handling of printed packing materials with controlled access and reconciliation.
• Support finished goods dispatch, documentation, and coordination with logistics teams.
• Report material damage, shortage, excess, expiry, or non-conformance to seniors.
• Support deviation, CAPA, change control, and warehouse-related QMS activities.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance readiness for audits.
• Coordinate with purchase, planning, production, and accounts teams for smooth material flow.
