FTE - Packaging

The FTE - Packaging will support pharmaceutical packaging operations, material arrangement, packing line assistance, labeling support, cleaning, documentation assistance, and GMP learning at Torrent Pharma, Ahmedabad. This requires ITI qualification with 1–5 years of experience in packaging or pharmaceutical production support.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist packaging team in daily packing line activities under senior supervision.
• Support blister packing, bottle packing, carton packing, labeling, coding, and material movement activities.
• Arrange packaging materials, cartons, labels, leaflets, and consumables as per instructions.
• Assist in line clearance, area cleaning, equipment cleaning, and changeover activities.
• Help maintain basic packing records, cleaning logs, and checklist documentation under guidance.
• Support packaging material verification, product handling, and reconciliation activities.
• Follow GMP, GDP, safety, hygiene, PPE, and packaging area discipline.
• Report material mismatch, machine issue, packaging defect, or safety concern to seniors promptly.
• Coordinate with production, QA, warehouse, engineering, and packaging staff as instructed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe working practices in packaging areas.
• Participate in training, SOP understanding, and shop floor compliance learning.
• Support smooth, accurate, and quality-focused packaging workflow.
