The Associate Manager - Branding & Communication will manage hospital branding, communication campaigns, content coordination, digital and offline communication, event promotion, brand visibility, and marketing support at HCG Cancer Centre, Ahmedabad. This requires MBA Marketing qualification with 5–7 years of branding, communication, or healthcare marketing experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute branding and communication activities for hospital services and campaigns.
- Support digital, print, outdoor, internal, and patient-facing communication materials.
- Coordinate content creation for campaigns, service promotions, events, doctor communication, and awareness programs.
- Maintain brand consistency across posters, brochures, social media creatives, emails, and hospital collaterals.
- Coordinate with marketing, doctors, agencies, vendors, designers, digital teams, and hospital leadership.
- Support health awareness campaigns, oncology programs, doctor meets, and community events.
- Track campaign performance, communication reach, and branding activity reports.
- Prepare communication briefs, campaign plans, content calendars, and promotional updates.
- Ensure all communication is ethical, accurate, patient-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Support media coordination, internal communication, and event branding when required.
- Identify new branding opportunities for hospital visibility and patient engagement.
- Strengthen brand trust, service awareness, and professional hospital communication.
