The Senior Executive - Sales & Marketing will support healthcare sales, referral development, hospital marketing, field visits, lead generation, business growth, and relationship management for HCG Cancer Centre, Surat. This requires MBA Marketing qualification with 2–5 years of healthcare sales or marketing experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Promote hospital services, oncology specialties, treatment facilities, and health programs.
- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporates, community partners, and referral sources.
- Generate patient leads, referrals, enquiries, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, healthcare partners, and corporate clients.
- Support health camps, awareness programs, doctor meets, CMEs, and marketing activities.
- Maintain visit reports, lead trackers, referral records, and marketing MIS.
- Coordinate with doctors, OPD, admission, billing, diagnostics, and patient care teams.
- Track competitor activity, market feedback, and patient service expectations.
- Follow up on enquiries, referrals, campaign responses, and conversion opportunities.
- Support territory planning, sales targets, and monthly business development goals.
- Communicate hospital services ethically and professionally.
- Strengthen hospital visibility, patient trust, and referral network growth.
