Incharge-SCM

The SCM Incharge will ensure smooth supply chain workflow by managing purchase follow-up, stock availability, store coordination, inventory control, and material issue. The candidate should have knowledge of procurement, vendor coordination, hospital store operations, and documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise supply chain and inventory management activities.
• Monitor stock levels, material movement, and reorder requirements.
• Coordinate with purchase, stores, pharmacy, accounts, vendors, and user departments.
• Verify inward materials, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery documents.
• Maintain stock registers, GRN records, issue records, and inventory reports.
• Track shortages, pending indents, expiry, damage, and urgent requirements.
• Support vendor coordination and procurement follow-up.
• Guide SCM staff on documentation and store discipline.
• Support stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure timely and organized supply chain operations.
