ICU Staff Nurse

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate ICU Staff Nurse to provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients. The involves monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, assisting doctors, and maintaining strict ICU protocols. The candidate should have a GNM or BSc Nursing qualification with ICU experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess the condition of ICU patients continuously
• Administer medications, intravenous fluids, and treatments as prescribed
• Assist doctors during procedures and emergencies
• Maintain accurate records of patient vitals, treatments, and progress
• Ensure strict adherence to ICU protocols and infection control standards
• Operate and monitor ICU equipment such as ventilators, monitors, and infusion pumps
• Provide support and guidance to patients and their families
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Coordinate with healthcare teams for comprehensive patient care
