Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and service-oriented Executive to manage food and beverage operations. The involves coordinating meal preparation, ensuring quality and hygiene standards, and supporting smooth food service for patients, staff, and visitors. The candidate should have relevant experience in food service or hospitality.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage daily food and beverage operations
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely meal preparation and service
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
• Assist in planning menus and meal distribution
• Handle basic inventory and stock coordination of food items
• Monitor service quality and resolve any issues
• Maintain records related to food service and operations
• Support patient meal services and special diet requirements (if applicable)
• Follow hospital policies and food safety guidelines
