Nursing Staff - ICU and Ward

The Nursing Staff - ICU and Ward will provide critical care nursing support in ICU and general ward, patient monitoring, medication administration, emergency response assistance, and clinical documentation at Dhabkar Hospital. This requires GNM or B.Sc Nursing with 0–5 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care in ICU and ward as per patient condition.
• Monitor vitals including BP, pulse, oxygen saturation, temperature, and respiratory status.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, injections, oxygen therapy, and prescribed treatments.
• Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergency situations.
• Maintain ICU/ward nursing charts, intake-output records, and patient progress notes.
• Observe critically ill patients and report any deterioration immediately.
• Assist in emergency response including CPR and patient stabilization.
• Coordinate with ICU doctors, ward doctors, pharmacy, lab, and nursing team.
• Maintain infection control, hygiene standards, and patient safety protocols.
• Ensure patient comfort, dignity, and continuous monitoring.
