Apollo Hospitals is seeking a skilled nursing professional to supervise and manage nursing services within the department. The involves leading the nursing team, ensuring efficient patient care delivery, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. The candidate will also be responsible for improving operational efficiency, implementing best practices, and coordinating with various departments for seamless patient care.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise nursing staff including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and discipline
• Oversee daily nursing operations to ensure smooth workflow and quality patient care
• Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures related to nursing and patient care services
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, hospital standards, and accreditation requirements
• Coordinate with doctors and other departments to ensure effective and timely patient care delivery
• Monitor patient care quality and implement improvements where required
• Maintain proper documentation, reports, and nursing records as per hospital protocols
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork within the nursing staff
