Research & Production Executive

The Research & Production Executive will be responsible for assisting in research activities, formulation development, production coordination, and process optimization to ensure efficient manufacturing and product quality. The involves working closely with R&D, production, QA, and QC teams to support new product development, scale-up activities, documentation management, and smooth manufacturing operations. The candidate should possess strong analytical, technical, and operational skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support research and development activities for new and existing pharmaceutical products.
• Assist in formulation trials, process optimization, and product improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate day-to-day production activities to ensure timely achievement of manufacturing targets.
• Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production records, development reports, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, warehouse, and engineering teams for smooth operational execution.
• Assist in technology transfer, scale-up, validation, and qualification activities.
• Conduct laboratory experiments, sample analysis, and process evaluations when required.
• Troubleshoot production and process-related issues and support corrective actions.
• Ensure proper utilization of materials, machinery, and production resources.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, quality, and process efficiency.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate material requirements for research and production activities.
• Ensure proper maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of equipment and laboratory instruments.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and compliance-related activities.
• Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and environmental compliance within operational areas.
• Prepare MIS reports, production summaries, and project status updates for management review.
• Support implementation of new technologies and process enhancement initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors and external agencies for technical and operational support when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of research data, production records, and technical information.
