Executive - Customer Care

The Executive - Customer Care will handle patient enquiries, appointment support, service guidance, complaint coordination, feedback calls, and customer experience activities at Cloudnine Hospital, Delhi. This requires any graduate qualification with 1–2 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Answer patient calls and respond to walk-in enquiries professionally.
• Provide information about doctors, services, appointments, reports, and hospital processes.
• Support appointment booking, patient follow-ups, reminder calls, and feedback calls.
• Maintain call logs, enquiry trackers, appointment records, and patient communication details.
• Coordinate with front office, billing, nursing, diagnostics, and patient care teams.
• Handle complaints politely and escalate unresolved issues to seniors.
• Guide patients for consultation, billing, pharmacy, laboratory, reports, and follow-up.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and service records.
• Follow hospital communication standards and service protocols.
• Deliver professional and patient-friendly customer care support.
