Pharma Aide

The Pharma Aide will support pharmacy operations, medicine arrangement, stock movement, billing assistance, prescription support, documentation, and patient service at Cloudnine Hospital, Delhi. This requires D.Pharm or B.Pharm qualification with 1–2 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in medicine dispensing and pharmacy counter support.
• Arrange medicines with proper labeling, storage, batch, and expiry checking.
• Help verify medicine availability, quantity, billing details, and stock movement.
• Support patient guidance for medicine collection and basic pharmacy process.
• Maintain stock issue records, purchase entries, pharmacy registers, and documentation under guidance.
• Monitor expiry, near-expiry, shortage, and damaged stock and report to seniors.
• Coordinate with billing, pharmacy team, stores, purchase, and nursing staff.
• Follow pharmacy SOPs, medication safety, hygiene, and patient confidentiality standards.
• Support stock audit, inventory reconciliation, and pharmacy cleaning activities.
• Ensure smooth and organized pharmacy support.
