Senior Executive Incharge - Pharma

The Senior Executive Incharge - Pharma will supervise pharmacy operations, medicine dispensing, prescription verification, stock control, expiry monitoring, team coordination, patient guidance, and pharmacy documentation at Cloudnine Hospital, Delhi. This requires B.Pharm or D.Pharm qualification with 1–2 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily pharmacy counter operations and medicine dispensing workflow.
• Verify prescriptions, medicine dose, quantity, expiry, and billing details.
• Monitor pharmacy stock, expiry, near-expiry, shortages, and reorder requirements.
• Guide pharmacy executives and aides on dispensing, documentation, and stock handling.
• Maintain pharmacy records, purchase entries, issue records, and inventory documentation.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, purchase, stores, and pharmacy team.
• Ensure proper storage of emergency, high-alert, and temperature-sensitive medicines.
• Support stock audits, inventory reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.
• Follow pharmacy regulations, medication safety, and hospital SOPs.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and patient-friendly pharmacy operations.
