Registered Nurse

Apollo Hospitals is seeking a dedicated nursing professional to care for patients who are sick, injured, recovering, or require ongoing medical support. The involves implementing nursing care plans, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure effective treatment and recovery. The candidate will also play a key in educating patients on health management and preventive care.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to patients including those who are ill, injured, or recovering
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs
• Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and response to treatments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
• Collaborate with doctors and healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medication, and health maintenance
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, safety standards, and quality guidelines
