Nursing Staff

Nursing Staff is responsible for providing quality patient care, assisting doctors during treatments and procedures, and ensuring patient safety and comfort within the hospital. The involves monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, maintaining medical records, and supporting smooth clinical operations. The candidate will play an important in delivering compassionate nursing care and ensuring effective coordination with healthcare teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provideect nursing care to patients as per treatment plans and medical instructions.
• Monitor patient vital signs and observe changes in patient conditions regularly.
• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
• Assist doctors during patient examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.
• Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and treatment documentation.
• Ensure patient comfort, hygiene, and emotional support during hospitalization.
• Follow infection control practices and maintain cleanliness within patient care areas.
• Support patient admission, discharge, and transfer procedures.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing supervisors, and other departments for effective patient care.
• Handle emergency and critical care situations promptly and efficiently.
• Educate patients and family members regarding treatment plans and post-care instructions.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of medical equipment and nursing supplies.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and hospital records.
• Monitor stock availability of nursing and medical supplies and report shortages when required.
• Participate in shift handovers, departmental meetings, and clinical discussions.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, NABH standards, and patient safety guidelines.
