Nurse

The Nurse will be responsible for delivering patient care, monitoring health status, administering medications, assisting doctors, and maintaining nursing documentation across assigned hospital areas. This requires GNM, B.Sc Nursing, or ANM qualification, patient care skills, compassion, discipline, and knowledge of infection control and safety protocols.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide basic and bedside nursing care to patients.
• Monitor patient vitals, symptoms, comfort, and treatment response.
• Administer prescribed medicines, injections, fluids, and nursing procedures.
• Assist doctors and senior nurses during rounds and clinical activities.
• Maintain nursing records, medication charts, and shift handover notes.
• Prepare patients for investigations, procedures, admission, and discharge.
• Follow infection control, hygiene, and biomedical waste protocols.
• Educate patients and relatives on medicines, diet, and care instructions.
• Report abnormal findings, complaints, or emergencies to seniors.
• Coordinate with pharmacy, lab, radiology, billing, and support departments.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of patient care areas.
• Deliver respectful, ethical, and compassionate nursing care.
