Staff Nurse

A Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a clinical setting while ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. The involves working closely with doctors and healthcare teams to provide effective treatment, monitor patient progress, and maintain accurate medical records.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care and ensure patient comfort and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with doctors and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, etc.) and promptly report any changes.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date patient records.
• Assist in diagnostic tests and medical procedures as required.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, and post-care instructions.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards.
• Participate in continuous learning, training, and professional development programs.

Qualifications
