Senior Technician - Engineering Services

Apollo Hospitals is seeking a senior engineering professional to oversee maintenance, diagnostics, and system improvements for critical hospital infrastructure and equipment. The involves handling complex technical challenges, ensuring optimal system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions. The candidate will also contribute to documentation, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement engineering solutions for improved system performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and methodologies
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure reliability and efficiency of equipment and systems
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, SOPs, and maintenance records
• Provide training, mentorship, and technical support to junior technicians and engineers
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, compliance requirements, and operational procedures
• Contribute to process improvements and support the adoption of new technologies and systems
• Provide inputs for development and enhancement of engineering services and infrastructure
