Dialysis Technician

The Dialysis Technician will support dialysis procedures, machine preparation, patient monitoring, dialysis documentation, infection control, and nephrology coordination at Aster DM Healthcare, Bengaluru. This requires Diploma or B.Sc in Dialysis Technology with 2–5 years of experience in dialysis patient care and dialysis unit operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare dialysis machines, dialyzers, tubing, and consumables before treatment.
• Assist in patient connection, monitoring, and dialysis procedure support.
• Monitor vitals, machine parameters, alarms, and patient comfort during dialysis.
• Maintain dialysis records, machine logs, and treatment documentation.
• Follow infection control, PPE, dialysis safety, and biomedical waste standards.
• Coordinate with nephrologists, nurses, biomedical, and pharmacy teams.
• Report machine issues or patient complications promptly.
• Support safe and smooth dialysis services.
