Job Description
MIS Executive is responsible for managing, maintaining, and analyzing organizational data to support business operations and management decision-making. The involves preparing reports, handling data management, maintaining MIS systems, ensuring data accuracy, and generating operational and performance reports for various departments. The candidate will play a key in streamlining reporting processes and supporting efficient business operations through accurate information management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management and various departments.
- Collect, compile, analyze, and maintain operational and business data accurately.
- Generate reports related to sales, operations, finance, HR, inventory, or departmental performance as required.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting across all systems.
- Maintain and update databases, records, and management information systems regularly.
- Develop and manage dashboards, trackers, and reporting formats using Excel or MIS tools.
- Coordinate with departments to gather required data and reporting inputs.
- Analyze trends, performance indicators, and operational data to support decision-making.
- Monitor data quality and identify discrepancies or reporting errors for correction.
- Prepare presentations, summaries, and performance analysis reports for management review.
- Support automation and process improvement initiatives related to reporting and data management.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of organizational data and reports.
- Assist in preparing audit-related reports and documentation when required.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of reports and MIS records.
- Handle data extraction, validation, and consolidation from various software systems.
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and analytical requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of reports as per organizational timelines and standards.
- Coordinate with IT and operational teams for system-related reporting requirements.
- Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency in all reporting activities.
- Perform additional MIS and data management responsibilities assigned by management or supervisors.
