Job Description

Customer Support Executive is responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing service-related support, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints through calls, emails, chats, or direct interaction.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, processes, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to address customer concerns and service requests.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved effectively.
  • Assist customers with appointment scheduling, service coordination, and process guidance when required.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors.
  • Maintain professionalism and positive communication with customers at all times.
  • Ensure timely response to customer queries and service requests.
  • Support customer retention and relationship-building initiatives.
  • Monitor customer feedback and provide suggestions for service improvement.
  • Prepare daily reports related to customer interactions and support activities.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer communication as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.
  • Follow company policies, customer service standards, and operational procedures.
  • Support sales and operational teams in customer coordination activities when required.
  • Participate in training sessions and skill development programs.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Perform additional customer support and administrative responsibilities assigned by management or supervisors.
