MRD- Technician

The MRD Technician will support the medical records department by maintaining accurate, complete, and confidential patient records. The candidate should have documentation discipline, computer knowledge, filing accuracy, and understanding of hospital record management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain patient files, medical records, discharge documents, and consent forms.
• Check file completeness, missing documents, signatures, and reports.
• Support filing, scanning, indexing, retrieval, and archiving of records.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing, billing, TPA, and administration for pending documents.
• Maintain MRD registers, file trackers, and documentation reports.
• Support audit, insurance, legal, and internal record requests.
• Ensure proper numbering, labeling, and traceability of files.
• Use hospital software, Excel, scanners, and office tools accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information.
• Ensure organized and audit-ready medical record management.
