Job Description:

Health1 Super Speciality Hospital is seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to perform laboratory tests, analyze samples, and provide accurate diagnostic information to support patient care.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collect blood, urine, and other body fluid samples from patients.
• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests accurately and efficiently.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment according to protocols.
• Record, analyze, and report test results to physicians and medical staff.
• Ensure quality control and accuracy in all laboratory procedures.
• Maintain proper inventory of reagents, consumables, and laboratory supplies.
• Adhere to laboratory safety, hygiene, and infection control standards.
• Assist in preparing samples for specialized diagnostic tests.
• Keep detailed records of tests, results, and equipment maintenance.
