Job Description:

Health1 Super Speciality Hospital is seeking a skilled Medical Transcriptionist to accurately convert medical reports and recordings into written documents, ensuring precision and adherence to hospital standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Transcribe doctors’ and healthcare professionals’ audio recordings into written medical documents.
• Ensure all medical records are accurate, complete, and formatted according to hospital guidelines.
• Review and edit transcriptions for grammar, clarity, and consistency.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA or applicable privacy regulations.
• Manage and organize medical files in the hospital’s digital record system.
• Communicate with physicians and medical staff to clarify unclear information.
• Meet deadlines for transcription tasks while maintaining high accuracy.
• Update and maintain knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Assist in preparing reports for audits or administrative purposes.
