Anesthesia Technician

Job Description:

Health1 Super Speciality Hospital is seeking a skilled Anesthesia Technician to assist in the preparation, monitoring, and maintenance of anesthesia equipment and support anesthesiologists during surgical procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain anesthesia machines, monitors, and related equipment.
• Assist anesthesiologists in setting up anesthesia for surgical procedures.
• Check and ensure the availability of anesthesia drugs, gases, and consumables.
• Monitor equipment function and patient status during procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of anesthesia equipment.
• Record and document anesthesia-related procedures and usage of equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and report malfunctions promptly.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards in the operation theatre.
• Ensure proper storage and inventory of anesthesia supplies and medications.
