Cathlab Technician

Job Description:

Health1 Super Speciality Hospital is seeking a skilled Cathlab Technician to assist in cardiac catheterization procedures, ensure patient safety, and maintain high-quality diagnostic and interventional support in the cardiology department.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain the catheterization lab and equipment for procedures.
• Assist cardiologists during diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Monitor patient vital signs and ensure patient safety during procedures.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment used in the cath lab.
• Sterilize and manage instruments and supplies used in procedures.
• Record procedural data accurately for patient records.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with cath lab equipment.
• Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure care.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards in all procedures.
