Operation Theater Technician

Job Description:

Health1 Super Speciality Hospital is seeking a skilled Operation Theater Technician to assist in preparing the operating room, supporting surgical teams, and ensuring smooth and safe surgical procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up the operation theatre for surgical procedures.
• Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized and functional.
• Assist surgeons and nurses during operations by providing necessary instruments.
• Monitor and maintain operating room equipment during procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort in the operation theatre.
• Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards in the OT.
• Record and document surgical procedures and instrument usage.
• Manage inventory of surgical instruments, consumables, and OT supplies.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety issues to supervisors.
