Lab Technician

Job Description: 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Lab Technician to join the Pathology Department at KD Hospitals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine and specialized laboratory tests, ensuring accuracy in results, and supporting diagnostic services. Candidates must hold a DMLT certification and have a strong understanding of laboratory procedures.

Roles and Responsibility:

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests as per standard protocols
• Collect, process, and analyze samples with accuracy and efficiency
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration
• Record test results accurately and report findings to the concerned medical staff
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and infection control guidelines
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of samples
• Maintain laboratory records, reports, and documentation
• Coordinate with doctors and other departments for timely diagnostics
• Assist in quality control and ensure compliance with lab standards
