Billing Associate

Job Description:

Zydus Hospitals is seeking for a Billing Associate to join its finance and billing team. The candidate will be responsible for managing patient billing processes, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, and supporting smooth financial operations within the hospital.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generate accurate patient bills for inpatient and outpatient services
• Verify billing details including procedures, medications, and service charges
• Coordinate with departments to ensure correct charge capture and billing entries
• Handle insurance and TPA billing processes, including documentation and claim submissions
• Resolve billing queries and discrepancies in a timely manner
• Maintain proper records of invoices, payments, and financial transactions
• Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies and financial procedures
• Assist in cash handling, payment collection, and receipt generation
• Support audits and reconciliation of billing data
• Work closely with finance and administrative teams for smooth operations
