Physiotherapist

Job Description:

Zydus Hospitals is seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to assess, plan, and deliver effective treatment programs to patients. The candidate will be responsible for improving mobility, managing pain, and supporting rehabilitation through customized therapy plans while ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans in consultation with physicians
• Provide physiotherapy treatments including manual therapy, exercises, and use of therapeutic equipment
• Conduct daily rounds for in-patients and monitor patient progress
• Educate and assist patients in performing exercises and using assistive devices
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and modify therapy plans as needed
• Plan discharge and provide home exercise programs for continued recovery
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensure patient safety, confidentiality, and infection control practices
• Maintain and monitor physiotherapy equipment and report issues
• Coordinate with healthcare teams for comprehensive patient care
• Manage department inventory and maintain reports
