Psychological Counsellor

We are seeking a Psychological Counsellor to provide emotional, psychological, and patient counselling support in a healthcare environment. The involves counselling patients and couples, supporting treatment-related stress management, and helping patients cope with emotional challenges during their medical journey.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide psychological counselling to patients and couples in a healthcare setting.
• Assess patient emotional needs and offer appropriate counselling support.
• Conduct individual counselling sessions with empathy and confidentiality.
• Support patients facing anxiety, stress, fear, or emotional distress during treatment.
• Guide patients in coping with IVF or clinical treatment-related emotional pressure.
• Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams for holistic patient care.
• Maintain confidential counselling records and session notes.
• Educate patients about emotional wellness and treatment readiness.
• Support adult counselling and clinical psychology-based interventions.
• Identify patients requiring advanced psychological support or referral.
• Help improve patient confidence, emotional stability, and treatment adherence.
• Conduct follow-up counselling sessions as required.
• Maintain ethical counselling practices and professional boundaries.
• Participate in patient support programs and counselling initiatives.
