Lab Technician - Andrology

We are looking for a Lab Technician – Andrology to support laboratory testing, sample handling, semen analysis, and andrology lab procedures. The requires technical knowledge of MLT practices, lab safety, equipment handling, documentation, and strict adherence to quality standards in a fertility healthcare environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Perform andrology lab procedures as per standard protocols.
• Collect, label, process, and handle patient samples accurately.
• Conduct semen analysis and related laboratory investigations.
• Maintain proper documentation of test results and sample records.
• Ensure lab equipment is cleaned, calibrated, and maintained regularly.
• Follow infection control, biosafety, and laboratory quality guidelines.
• Coordinate with doctors, embryologists, and clinical teams for reporting support.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all laboratory activities.
• Prepare reagents, consumables, and lab materials as required.
• Monitor lab inventory and inform seniors about stock requirements.
• Follow sample preservation, disposal, and biomedical waste protocols.
• Support biochemistry or routine lab activities when required.
• Ensure timely processing and reporting of patient samples.
• Maintain high standards of precision, hygiene, and patient safety.
