Psychological Counsellor

We are looking for a Psychological Counsellor to provide patient counselling, emotional support, and psychology-based care services. The requires strong counselling knowledge, listening skills, empathy, and the ability to support patients through stressful medical treatment journeys.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide structured counselling support to patients and families.
• Understand patient emotional concerns and create supportive counselling plans.
• Conduct individual and couple counselling sessions as needed.
• Help patients manage stress, anxiety, confusion, and treatment-related pressure.
• Support patients during fertility, medical, or clinical care decision-making.
• Work closely with doctors and patient care teams for coordinated support.
• Maintain counselling records, patient notes, and follow-up schedules.
• Educate patients on emotional preparedness and mental wellness.
• Apply clinical psychology and counselling techniques professionally.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ethical counselling standards.
• Identify emotional distress signs and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Support patient engagement and treatment adherence through counselling.
• Participate in awareness, education, and patient support initiatives.
• Ensure compassionate communication in every patient interaction.
