IPD Billing Executive

Kaizen Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible IPD Billing Executive to manage inpatient billing operations and ensure accurate, timely, and transparent financial processes. The ideal candidate will handle billing coordination, insurance documentation, and patient-related financial queries while maintaining compliance with hospital policies.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and process inpatient (IPD) bills accurately based on services, procedures, and consumables utilized
• Coordinate with nursing stations, pharmacy, and other departments to collect and verify billing inputs
• Handle cashless and reimbursement insurance cases, including documentation and approvals
• Ensure timely generation of interim and final bills during patient discharge
• Verify patient details, treatment records, and billing entries to avoid discrepancies
• Explain billing details and charges clearly to patients and their attendants
• Manage payments, receipts, and billing-related documentation efficiently
• Coordinate with TPA/insurance companies for claim processing and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate billing records, reports, and MIS data
• Resolve billing-related queries, disputes, and discrepancies in a professional manner
• Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies, financial procedures, and regulatory standards
• Support audits and assist in improving billing processes for efficiency and accuracy
