Matis Hospital is seeking a courteous and detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage patient billing processes and support the hospital’s administrative operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth patient interactions, accurate billing, and efficient handling of insurance and appointment-related queries.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients upon arrival, providing a positive first impression
• Respond to patient inquiries over the phone and in person regarding billing, appointments, and services
• Guide patients in completing necessary forms, applications, and documentation for treatment and insurance purposes
• Collect and verify billing, insurance, and payment information to ensure accuracy
• Schedule and manage patient appointments while coordinating with respective departments
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including calls, emails, and correspondence,ecting them appropriately
• Provide accurate billing information and support to patients, doctors, and other hospital staff as required
• Maintain organized records of billing transactions and patient data
• Collaborate with finance and administrative teams to resolve discrepancies and improve billing processes
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, confidentiality standards, and regulatory requirements
