Front Desk Receptionist

Matis Hospital is seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and callers. Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle incoming phone calls, respond to queries, andect calls to the appropriate departments
• Register new patients, schedule appointments, and maintain patient information in the hospital system
• Assist patients in filling out necessary forms and documentation for treatment or insurance purposes
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and documents
• Provide accurate information about hospital services, departments, and procedures to patients and visitors
• Coordinate with medical, nursing, and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and waiting area
• Handle billing inquiries, insurance documentation, and patient follow-ups as needed
• Maintain records of daily activities, appointments, and communications for reporting purposes
