Marketing Manager

Matis Hospital is seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and manage the hospital’s marketing and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strategic partnerships, organizing health outreach programs, and ensuring the hospital’s services reach the target audience effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day sales and marketing operations to achieve business targets
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, corporate partners, schools, banks, and community leaders
• Plan, coordinate, and execute health check-up camps and awareness programs in societies, clinics, corporate offices, and government institutions.
• entify new business opportunities and build partnerships to expand hospital outreach and services
• Design and implement short-term and long-term marketing strategies aligned with hospital goals
• Track and maintain daily MIS data, patient records (IPD and OPD), and sales reports for performance review
• Ensure smooth coordination of marketing activities and hospital services according to organizational standards
• Monitor service quality, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency during marketing and outreach programs
• Provide feedback and recommendations to senior management for business growth and service improvement
• Represent the hospital professionally in meetings, events, and public engagements
