Roles & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage patients with various oncological conditions.
- Develop individualized cancer treatment plans based on clinical evaluations.
- Administer and monitor chemotherapy and oncology treatment protocols.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive cancer care.
- Review diagnostic reports and monitor patient treatment progress regularly.
- Provide patient counseling regarding treatment options and prognosis.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and oncology documentation systematically.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and oncology guidelines.
- Manage emergency oncology and critical care situations effectively.
- Participate in tumor boards and clinical case discussions regularly.
- Monitor adverse drug reactions and treatment-related complications.
- Support palliative care and symptom management initiatives.
- Participate in clinical audits, CMEs, and oncology research activities.
