Job Description:

Dr. Jivraj Mehta Smarak Health Foundation is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Medical Superintendent to oversee the medical and administrative operations of the hospital. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, compliance with healthcare standards, and smooth functioning of all clinical departments while leading and mentoring medical staff.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall medical operations of the hospital
• Ensure high-quality patient care and safety standards
• Implement and monitor hospital policies and procedures
• Manage and coordinate all clinical departments
• Supervise and mentor doctors, nurses, and allied healthcare staff
• Ensure compliance with NABH and other regulatory standards
• Monitor hospital performance, KPIs, and clinical outcomes
• Coordinate with administrative and support departments for smooth operations
• Approve and monitor medical budgets and resource allocation
• Handle escalations related to patient care and clinical issues
• Facilitate training, professional development, and continuing medical education for staff
• Promote hospital reputation through quality initiatives and community engagement
