Assistant Manager (Digital & Social Media)

Job Description:

Jivraj Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Digital & Social Media to manage and strengthen its online presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing social media strategies, creating engaging healthcare-related content, managing digital campaigns, and enhancing brand visibility while ensuring effective communication with the target audience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital and social media strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Manage and maintain all social media platforms with regular and engaging content
• Plan and execute content calendars for posts, campaigns, and promotions
• Create, coordinate, and review digital content including graphics, videos, and written posts
• Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google
• Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, messages, and queries
• Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions
• Prepare reports and provide insights to improve digital performance
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of healthcare-related content before publishing
• Manage online reputation by monitoring reviews and feedback
• Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, design, and medical departments
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and industry practices
