Job Description:

Dr. Jivraj Mehta Smarak Health Foundation is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented EEG Technician to perform electroencephalogram (EEG) procedures and assist in the diagnosis of neurological conditions. The candidate will be responsible for operating EEG equipment, ensuring patient comfort, and accurately recording and maintaining test data.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform EEG procedures as per prescribed protocols
• Prepare patients for EEG tests by explaining the procedure and positioning them correctly
• Operate and maintain EEG equipment efficiently
• Record accurate brain activity data during tests
• Monitor patients throughout the procedure to ensure safety and comfort
• Identify and report any irregularities in EEG recordings to the concerned doctor
• Maintain proper documentation and patient records
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of EEG lab and equipment
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols
• Coordinate with doctors and medical staff for smooth workflow
• Assist in scheduling and managing patient appointments
• Stay updated with advancements in EEG technology and procedures
